Meet Our Instructor
LaKrecia has been in the healthcare field for over 14yrs. She obtained her certified nurse aid (CNA) certificate in 2007, Her CNA experience consist of long term care, acute care and rehab. LaKrecia graduated from Chicago State University with her BSN RN in 2014. As a registered nurse LaKrecia has experience in long term care, med-surge, telemetry, dialysis and management. In 2019 she graduated from Capella University with her masters in healthcare administration. In 2021 she obtained her nurse aid instuctor certificate and became the CEO/program director of PulseFinders Healthcare Institute, LaKrecia created this institution to provide resources for the underserved population in Northwest Indiana as well the Chicagoland suburbs. With proper education and training, she aims to equip healthcare professionals with the necessary tools they to be successful in the industry.
